Susan has over 25 years of experience in winery consumer Direct Marketing, including Wine Club, database marketing, CRM, e-commerce, social media, events and general luxury wine marketing encompassing awareness, conversion and loyalty. In 2012 Susan started WineGlass Marketing.
She holds a B.S. in Communications from Boston University and an A.S. in Viticulture from Napa Valley College. She is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers and a Certified Specialist in Wine/Wine Education with the Society of Wine Educators. She was awarded a DMA (Direct Marketing Association) award for strategic excellence and results for her email campaign launching the first smart phone for Sprint.
Nathan has 19+ years of DTC experience including sales, allocation management, campaign strategy, tasting room management, wine clubs, customer service, inventory, and shipping.
Nathan built, with a team, the One Stop Wine Shop, an online store of over 30 Trinchero Family Estates brands. Nathan has also worked at both Realm Cellars and Tamber Bey Vineyards.
In 2007 Nathan received his MBA from the UC Davis Graduate School of Management.

Juliana is originally from Vitorino Freire - Maranhão, Brazil. A state that was a trading point for cane sugar between the Portuguese and the Dutch and a home for native tribes and explorers. A mix of cultures that precisely represents who I am.
She started her professional and creative path in São Paulo, Brazil where she graduated with two BFAs, one in Visual Communication - Graphic Design and another in Advertising. It was in 2015 that Juliana came to the Bay Area to pursue a Masters in Graphic Design.
Louis has over 25 years of experience in the high tech marketplace with experience in computer based training, web development, e-commerce, content management, web hosting, online advertising and virtual reality.
He holds a BS in Biology and minor in Psychology and was fully prepared to get his medical degree at Georgetown University when he realized that his true calling was with computers and the people that use them. He has worked in the technology field with companies like Intuit, Quantum, Wind River, Verio and Leap Motion. In 2004 he founded Godengo (now GTxcel), a company that is focused on helping small and medium sized magazines move their businesses from print to online.
Patrick has over 15 years of experience building websites and content for the web, including design and programming for a diverse list of clients. In 2013, Patrick began working with WineGlass Marketing as a designer and web developer, creating websites and email marketing that reflect each client’s unique brand and vision. Prior to joining WineGlass Marketing, Patrick was a self-taught freelancer. Past clients include OpenTable, Evernote, Fitbit, Worldwise, and many wineries. Patrick has one wife, two children and three cats that give final approval on all his projects.
Sheree transitioned into the wine industry after moving to Napa with her family 4 years ago and has worked for Fior di Sole companies on the marketing team, Silver Oak and Twomey Cellars, and Treasury Wine Estates. She spent time at Nordstrom Direct as a leader, trainer, and mentor honing her skills in the importance of quality customer service and experience. Having worked for Waggoner Edstrom Worldwide PR on the international Microsoft Windows contract in an administrative role supporting a team of very busy PR executives she is uniquely capable of managing several projects at a time in a very dynamic environment.
Adriana received her B.A. in Communication with a concentration in Advertising and minor in Hospitality focused on Beverage Marketing and Management at the University of Houston in 2017.
She has 3 years of social media experience including strategy, content creation, copywriting, and community management.
Her interests in beverage marketing started with her social media internships where she focused on content creation for fast-casual restaurant brands and a few Houston craft breweries. Her passion for craft beer transitioned to wine after she was offered a digital marketing internship with Trinchero Family Estates. Since then, Adriana has been able to expand her knowledge of the wine industry from experiences at Treasury Wine Estates, Trefethen Family Vineyards, and now WineGlass Marketing.
Keith studied in San Francisco and has 8+ years working as a creative with a focus on web design and development. He has worked at multiple companies ranging from an app development agency, a daily deal platform, an online media network and of course Wineglass Marketing. Throughout his career his focus has been on enhancing the online presence of all clients, large and small. This mindset and a diverse skill-set has led him to be a part of a variety of digital projects while always maintaining brand standards, upgrading the UI/UX and incorporating stunning graphics.
With 25 years experience in graphics and web systems, Eduardo is knowledgeable with content management systems and email marketing. Eduardo began in desktop publishing and graphic design, but then moved to the editorial staff of a long running Wine Country real estate publication, laying out both the print newspaper and transferring content to the publication’s website. Next he moved to digital design in the reprographics industry, first working with architects and designers and then with General Contractors from Sacramento to Las Vegas in aiding them manage their construction plans online.
His first experience in the wine industry was alongside Susan at Treasury Wine Estates as a Web Content Specialist. Five years later, Eduardo was recruited by Chateau Montelena and helped to establish the online business for the winery.
Scott has over 25 years experience in Direct Marketing and digital technologies focusing on ecommerce, paid search and search optimization, customer experience and database marketing analysis.
His background includes Direct Marketing management positions with Treasury Wine Estates, Constellation Brands and Vintage Wine Estates. He holds a B.A. in Mass Communication and Advertising from Cal State, Hayward and a Digital Marketing Analytics certification from M.I T. When he's not pivoting data for analysis you can find him cycling around the hills of Petaluma and Marin.
Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Leslie found her way to Napa 10 years ago. She loves cooking good food, drinking good bubbly, and having a damn good time. She's the light of the office and is always ready for happy hour.
Leslie graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans with a Master of Business Administration. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and Tourism from Northwestern State University of Louisiana where she was a member of the Purple Pizazz Pom Pon Line - yes, it's real and she'll still bust out the dance moves when the Ying Yang Twins and Lil Jon comes on in the office.
Leslie's past experience is in event management and marketing for wineries like Mumm Napa, Goosecross, and Regusci.
Growing up in San Francisco, Dom, spent much of his childhood exploring the nearby wine country and naturally fell in love with it. He attended the Wine Business Institute at Sonoma State University, where he gained knowledge and skills on implementing marketing strategies in the industry. As a part of his studies, he participated in social media development projects that worked hand in hand with wineries such as Ron Rubin Winery. After graduating, he started his wine career as a Harvest Intern at Thomas George Estates in Healdsburg. There he was able to develop a better knowledge of how the wine industry operates, as well as deepening his passion for wine.
Equipped with a bachelor’s degree in Wine Business Strategies, he is ready and eager to take on any project that comes his way.

With over 24 years of experience managing boutique and mid-size wineries, Katrina brings her wealth of knowledge of the day to day operations of wineries, from hospitality, sales in both the three tier and direct to consumer segments, to events, marketing, finance and production. Both goal oriented and results driven, Katrina’s greatest sense of satisfaction and accomplishment comes when the client is happy!
When not working at WineGlass Marketing, Katrina is pursuing her other passions - volunteering at the local animal shelter, enjoying the Napa River and Russian River on her paddleboard or comfortably ensconced in an easy chair with a glass of wine.

Dan has over 8 years of experience in the wine industry including website content management, data management, administration best practices and point of sale setup.
Prior to joining WineGlass Marketing, Dan held a position in the support department for 3 years at Vin65. His duties among other things included bug troubleshooting, testing and cross-examining new features being built, hosting group training calls that cover a wide range of topics and leading onsite training conferences with winery staff.
Kicking ass and getting things done, Margaret brings over ten years experience to our team. She likes working. She likes our goofy, amazing, intelligent, weird, fun team. She wears many hats including HR, AP/AR, Office Management, Payroll and right hand to our amazing leader Susan. She doesn’t have time to write bio’s.
Gaynor has over 25 years of experience in Marketing across a variety of industries including; media, entertainment, fashion, and digital publishing. A strategic and creative thinker, Gaynor is a recognized brand and portfolio architect. She has A flair for uncovering insights, connecting the dots, and seeing the big picture. She is a fierce advocate for the consumer. As a senior marketing executive, Gaynor has launched brands, merged brands, and successfully turned brands around.
Gaynor has been a speaker at events, conferences, and thought leadership forums, including: Obama White House Initiatives on Arts Education and its Urban Economic Forum, American’s For the Arts Leadership in the Arts Summit, at The Aspen Institute, and the Lincoln Center Institute Arts Education Summit.
During her tenure in the television industry, Gaynor was at the forefront of the digital revolution that changed how and where we view content. Her many accomplishments were acknowledged when she was recognized as one of the 100 Most Powerful Women in Cable Television, 2009 and 2012, named 2012 Marketer of the Year, and awarded 7 Promax/BDA’s for creative excellence
As a native Californian, Stephanie grew up along the coastlines of Southern California and received her B.A. from Cal State Long Beach. After a decade of working in cubicles, she became restless, sold her belongings and headed off to Florence, Italy where she taught English and sold Florentine leather in a boutique shop. It was there that she had her “ah-ha moment” with wine. A 1998 Brunello di Montalcino literally changed the course of her life. As her palette and passion for wine developed, she set her sights on Napa for the move back to California. An exciting new career began at Domaine Chandon in 2006 where she worked as an Ambassador of Wine for both Chandon and Newton Vineyard, while gaining a solid foundation in wine education, hospitality, marketing and management. Since then she's had the privilege of spending her days at various premier wineries throughout the valley, while honing her skills in travel writing and photography.
Zach received his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in 2015.
He was offered a position with small vintner in Calistoga, Kenefick Ranch, as their Marketing Manager where he gained experience in general marketing as well as running multiple social media accounts, managing their wine club, distribution, special events, analyzing/optimizing web based data, and ran a collective tasting room that had four vintners.
Already a people person, he is happy to help anyone fix their problem or just catch up with an old friend. He also enjoyed working with Google Analytics to optimize websites and fits right in here at Wineglass Marketing.
