This Malbec is made from grapes grown at Michel-Schlumberger Vineyard in Dry Creek Valley. The red soils of the tiny hilltop block of Malbec produce grapes with exceptional elegance and structure.

Winemaker Notes
Color is dark ruby with aromas of dark plum, spice and berry. The palate is oncentrated dark plum and spice flavors, rich mouthfeel, long fruit finish.
Food Pairing Notes
This wine pairs wonderfully with bacon cheeseburgers, tuna niçoise salad, eggplant parmesan, barbecue ribs and braised lamb shank with spring vegetables.
