Background

Building a Luxury Wine Brand From the Ground Up
Parable did not exist until 2021. In the aftermath of the tumultuous Glass Fire of 2020, the Eppright family purchased what was left of the once revered Dutch Henry Estate. This formed the beginnings of the Parable brand.

What’s in a Name?
As we know, many wineries are named after their founders or owners. However, the Epprights knew they wanted a name that set the stage for their vision of setting a new standard for Napa Valley wineries.

A parable is a timeless narrative offering insights into the human experience. It serves as a teacher, weaving tales conveying universal truths. Through its metaphors and symbolism, a parable invites reflection and contemplation, guiding individuals on a journey of understanding and enlightenment.

Like the description of the tale, Parable wines are meticulously crafted with each bottle aiming to inspire introspection and meditation and signal a new standard for luxury wine in Napa Valley for the next generation of luxury wine drinkers.
